    ANTIQUE VERY HIGH AGED AND USED TIBETAN BUDDHIST TANTRIC PRIEST THYASAPHU MANUSCRIPT BOOK WITH MINIATURE PAINTINGS
    FROM NEPAL.
    EX OLD AUSTRIAN PRIVATE COLLECTION. Purchased in Nepal late 1970ies.
    This TOP RARE ANTIQUE AND ORIGINAL USED BUDDHIST TANTRIC THYASAPHU MANUSCRIPT RITUAL BOOK originally has been used by the tantric buddhist Vajracharya priests during ceremonies.
    The folding book consists of local produced paper and shows 13 folios with hand written ritual text and four TANTRIC MINIATURE PAINTINGS, depicting Buddha Manifestations and buddhist tantric deities.
    The cover folios of the book are blackened with pigment.
    Allover TOP WONDERFUL DARKENED ORIGINAL HIGH AGE PATINA, some age abrasion and old wormholes, water stains, excellent signs of original longtime tantric ritual use !!!
    Condition: superb high aged and original USED WORN CONDITION, allover wonderful darkened high age patina, excellent signs of high age and original use.
    Age: 18th to early 19th century.
    Size: Total Length unfolded around 108.0 cm. Size folded 19.5 to 8.3 cm.
